All Drive Auto Parts takes pride in customer satisfaction, and wants to inform and clarify our warranty policy to our customers. We want to ensure a full understanding of what is warrantied with each part purchased.

Warranty Agreement.

1. All Drive Auto Parts Warranty
Many online sellers do not offer a warranty for their recycled or used products. At All Drive Auto Parts, we offer a 90-day warranty on most of our regular auction parts, a 30-day warranty on most of our Clearance auction parts or a “as is” condition no warranty. Please refer to each auction’s posted details to learn whether a warranty applies to a particular part and its specific terms.
Please note that airbags (because they have to be shipped Hazmat), carburetors and electronic modules (brains, body controllers, etc.) are sold in “AS-IS” condition and NEVER come with a warranty. In the event that a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period from time of purchase, not installation, All Drive Auto Parts will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the purchase price at our option. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, original shipping charges, or return shipping. 2. Engine Warranty
All parts are offered with one of the following warranties, a 90-day warranty agreement on most of our regular auction items, a 30-day warranty on most of our clearance auction parts, or an “as is” no warranty at all. We do not cover labor fees under any circumstances. The Warranty is void if you disassemble or modify the part in any way without contacting us first.
Engines are sold as used long blocks. This means that we only warranty the block and the head. All other parts that remain on the engine are not covered under our warranty.

These parts include, but are not limited to:
Intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, throttle bodies, fuel rails, fuel injectors, egr valves or other emissions system parts, wiring harnesses, crank sensors, cam sensors and any other electrical sensor that may be included, valve covers, distributer, carburetors, flywheel, etc…
**These parts may or may not be on the engine when purchased**
Engines are sold with the understanding that harness, sensors, fuel system, manifolds, etc. may need to be changed to fit your application. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, original shipping charges, or return shipping.

3. Bolt on Parts Warranty
Includes but is not limited to the following alternators, starters, power steering pumps, ac compressors, steering gears (racks), throttle bodies, turbos, distributors, oil pans, etc.
All parts are offered with one of the following warranties, a 90-day warranty agreement on most of our regular auction items, a 30-day warranty on most of our clearance auction parts, or an “as is” no warranty at all. We do not cover labor fees under any circumstances. The Warranty is void if you disassemble or modify the part in any way without contacting us first.
These items are sold as good working used parts. Any electrical sensors that may be included are not covered by our warranty. The only exception is MASS AIR FLOW Sensors/meters. Air flow sensors ARE covered by our warranty.

Examples of non-covered items:
TPS sensors and IACV on throttle bodies are not covered. The pulleys may need to be changed on alternators and power steering pumps depending on application. All AC Compressors include the pulley and clutch The pulley and clutch assembly IS covered by our warranty. Steering gears (racks) may include tie rod ends; we DO NOT cover the tie rod ends. We always recommend replacing them with new ones when doing the job. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, original shipping charges, or return shipping.

4. Interior Parts and Woodgrain Warranty
Includes but is not limited to the following Interior trim pieces, shifters, rear view mirrors, woodgrain trim pieces, temperature controls, etc. All parts are offered with one of the following warranties, a 90-day warranty agreement on most of our regular auction items, a 30-day warranty on most of our clearance auction parts, or an “as is” no warranty at all. We do not cover labor fees under any circumstances. The Warranty is void if you disassemble or modify the part in any way without contacting us first. All items are as described in description. If you are not happy with the appearance of an item please let us know. We do our best to describe them accurately. Temperature controls are sold as good working units. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, original shipping charges, or return shipping.

5. Transmission Warranty
All parts are offered with one of the following warranties, a 90-day warranty agreement on most of our regular auction items, a 30-day warranty on most of our clearance auction parts, or an “as is” no warranty at all. We do not cover labor fees under any circumstances. The Warranty is void if you disassemble or modify the part in any way without contacting us first. All transmissions are sold as used good working parts with mileage as stated if available. Most automatic transmission will include the torque convertor which is covered by our warranty. We do not cover any part of the clutch system, it is always recommended to replace the clutch when installing a manual transmission. Any cables, mounts, or linkages are not covered under warranty. All-Wheel Drive transmissions such as audi, subaru, volvo etc. Include the internal differentials and transfer cases; the only exception is 4 matic Mercedes transmissions that have external transfer cases. 4×4 Truck and SUV transmissions do not include transfer cases. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, original shipping charges, or return shipping.

6. Other Product Information
The year and model of the vehicle or part listed on an auction is within a range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided. If an auction’s terms state the years/makes/models or other applications for a part, those are the only years/makes/models or other applications that we guarantee that the part will fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and determine whether the auction item(s) will fit on other vehicles or work in other applications. We CAN NOT tell you if a part will fit any other year/make/model or application. Parts may have attached accessories that must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by our warranty.

7. Warranty Limitations
The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of All Drive Auto Parts from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part sold by All Drive Auto Parts with a warranty fails to operate during the stated warranty period, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part. All warranties are null and void if:

The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for

racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.

Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.

Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended

by the manufacturer.

The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.

The part is installed or operated outside the United States.

The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.

The part is sold “As Is” as indicated on the front of invoice or in an auction’s terms.

Labor and installation:

We do not cover any labor or additional part charges obtained for any reason.
We are not responsible for injury or damage during or as a result of the installation of our parts. Timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation.
Any “Recommended Installation Procedures” provided by All Drive Auto Parts must be followed by the installer to maintain warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover freight costs or similar charges.

8. Making a Warranty Claim
If your part does not operate correctly during the stated warranty period after you have exhausted all possibilities with your professional installer, then you must fill out our Customer Service Request form so that we can process your claim. 9. About Warranties and Returns:

You must include the auction and/or order number.

You must use all reasonable means to protect the part from further damage.

All Drive Auto Parts must authorize and send an RMA for all returns before they are sent

back to us.

You must furnish us with such information as we may reasonably require:

– Digital photo showing proof of damage

– Proof of your vehicle’s vehicle identification number (VIN)

– Regular maintenance during the warranty period as recommended by the manufacturer in the

Owner’s Manual.

We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to refund or replacement.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular

purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. You can email us at warranty@alldriveautoparts.com for more information if needed.

10. Shipping Claims
You must inspect your purchased item(s) when you receive them and immediately notify All Drive Auto Parts at warranty@alldriveautoparts.com if the item(s) were damaged at the time you received them. All damage claims must be made within two days of receipt. You must retain all packing materials and shipping documents so we can investigate the cause of the damage. By submitting a bid to purchase a part from us or accepting delivery of a part purchased from us, the buyer accepts and agrees to all of the terms above.

11. Extended and Lifetime Warranty
Applies only when purchased with during the check out If an extended Warranty is not shown then it is not available for that part. The extended Warranty follows the same guidelines as above for a longer duration. Warranty covers only the item it is listed for (1 item only).
