Items that ship within the continental US can often be shipped out with no email required. For orders to foreign countries, and locations outside of the continental US please email us to arrange your shipment.
Shipping to PR, AK, and HI must be arranged by email only.
Due to UPS guidelines, our orders must have a physical address. Orders with only PO boxes will not ship until a physical address is provided, and may be canceled.
Tracking Numbers are sent at time of shipment.
Parts that may be contaminated by a hazardous material (such as flammable or corrosive agents), or parts considered a hazardous material (such as airbags) can NOT be shipped- there are NO exceptions to this policy.
Local Pickup is available at our headquarters Jack’s Used Cars in Parts located at 24 Town Farm Lane, North Billerica, MA 01862. We are here 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Please email before coming to pick up your order. Please note that all parts must be paid for in full in order to removed off of the car, and to be ready for pickup. If the part is listed as still being on the vehicle, please allow for removal time before pick up.
